CIGO Co., Ltd. received the Encouragement Award at the Startup Water 2025 on November 25, 2025.
The competition was hosted by the Ministry of Climate, Energy and Environment and the Korea Water Resources Corporation (K-water) to discover innovative startups, as stable water management technologies are emerging as a key global industry amid the intensifying climate crisis. Now in its sixth year, the competition attracted a total of 80 participating teams. CIGO Co., Ltd. was recognized for presenting an advanced water treatment filter capable of removing multiple emerging contaminants, based on its proprietary nanofiber material technology.
